I am Alana, a family Nurse Practitioner and your myoActivation provider. I learned about myoActivation back in 2013 and since then I have been dedicated to sharing this tool with my community and colleagues. I use myoActivation in my primary care practice and also am an instructor for other providers in BC and Canada through the Anatomic Medicine Foundation. Through my nursing work in emergency departments and primary care, and through personal experience, I know how debilitating pain and other health conditions can be on a person's life.
